CANAL COMPOUND 241 INTERIOR

We eliminated interior walls and replaced much of the solid exterior envelope with translucencies.

The formerly dark and crowded first floor spaces now open to expansive views of the canal via large ipe pivot doors.

Environmental principles were paramount for this project, from the inception of the design through demolition to small touches during construction.
