CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
During this phase, the Architect acts on the Owner's behalf to review the construction work and to provide updates to the Owner on quality and fulfillment of the construction contract.
The Architect maintains close communication with the Contractor, answering questions, processing all payments, evaluating change orders for additional work, and visiting the site on a regular basis.
The Architect also aims to resolve conflict during construction between the Owner and the Contractor according to the contract documents.
